The power of perception
This shared insanity
One moment is bliss
The next, a tragedy
I can’t keep up with the changes
This pace will surely break me
And all that remains standing
Between Death and I
Is time

Hi Cragger,
My opinion on your insightful poem is ‘‘opposites’’.
Prior to being schizophrenic I was married to a German woman.
We talked about a lot of things and about her thinking (she is ‘‘normal’’ and still is )-- she said she fluctuated in thought- Sometimes she’d imagine arguing with people and other times she’d imagine people agreeing with her. I on the other hand did not think, as a freelance artist I just looked… I had no emotions.
Hey @Dogstar, I’m glad poem could bring back the memory of your ex-wife. It’s interesting that she had two frames of mine, and clearly two sets of expectations
