So first band live in a long while…probably 2 years but going down to stay at a mates place in the city tomorrow to see this band. Support is pretty good too with a local girl group which I’m familiar with so it should be a fun show.
So looking forward to the gig so hope it goes down well. My mates car broke down so probably doing the responsible thing and driving in etc but it’s going to be so good…not sure of the audience but you’ve got to love Brisbane. Never fails to be interesting

Venue had great sound and it was high roofed so although it was packed and a sell out it was pretty cool so no sweaty bodies even though lots of pogoing!
Good three piece all girl Brisbane band as support -who were pretty good as I’ve followed them for a while through the local radio. It was a Sunday night and headliners came on at 9 pm which was so good. Went hard for an hour with oncore so band finished at 10 pm and dropped my mate off at about 10:15pm and drove home. Got home at 11 pm.
Like this shared clip doesn’t really show how tight the guitarist is and they were really bloody good. An hour of fast madness at extreme volumes but some good musicianship. Had a great time with my mate and it was a really good venue.
Mission done and went to bed at Midnight. Slept through alarm but up at 5 am! Gotta love the routine.
