it’s february folks, most winters i start doing my garden planning this time of year and start to look forward to spring by this time. but i’ve learned my lesson about thinking winter is almost over too soon. so i won’t say there is light at the end of the tunnel until march. i like that february is only 28 days also, it goes quick. i don’t have a single thing on my calender this month, so i can stay up late and sleep in every morning while it is still cold outside.

Where I live it snows through May. We get snow anytime between October and May.

dont worry you will have your cold for a little while longer than me. plenty of time left for a good ice sculpture for our northern neighbors. o and if you want to build me an igloo in your backyard i could live in and become a canuck with a place to stay, that would be great. feel free to offer me warm drink and food, i will provide jokes as payment.

Winter gets so lonely being stuck inside. Im glad I invested in cold weather bicycle riding gear last fall.
As soon as the snow melts I can ride again. I think the coldest I went out in last year was 29*F.

We get a thaw in May. Sometimes April but we have had freezes as late as April 23rd.
