Its been a good few yrs now since i stoped going to see my Phych Dr…

but i just keep on taking my meds daily…

i guess they must of discharged me coz i never turned up to my appointments…

I dont want to go to my gp to refer me to another Phych Dr coz now i have no time to go to my appointments
