Won’t call it diet. Both OMAD and 20:4 are variations of intermittent fasting.
Maybe try Latuda, its supposed to be weight neutral
I can’t lose weight on abilify either. Or at least not like I used to. I’ve also not seen the increase in ssx drive at all. I have next to no sex drive.
I guess its different for everyone, i heard of another sufferer who takes abilify and has no sex drive. He asked me about it (guess because he wanted it lol). I said you dont want this, its horrible!. I will look into Latuda or whatever that seems more promising, thank you.
