This is not directed at you, but I react negatively after seeing a video linked from the article. The idea that musicians can, instead of doing their own experiments to learn and produce real sounds and combinations, can just press a button to get an answer. And the goal is for them to pay monthly to an already wealthy corporate entity that does zero work.
I feel the same about ai art and a book publisher that wants to print 8 thousand ai produced books to spam the market. This is reactionary speculation on my part. Negative speculation. I won’t really know what happens with this until later. But I am feeling increasingly insignificant as an artist and graphic designer because amateurs can use ai art applications.
