I can’t sleep here. I’m in a weird predicament, I’m drained and sleepy, but today was very stressful and I’m trying to wind down.

Me. Frustrating day at work and frustrating week personally because of local politics. Can’t say much about it, but there will be some extra fireworks in the municipal election in a few months. I’m personally seeing to that.

I’m having a tough night, tryna get a nicotine hit off cigarettes but the zyban is working really well and my dopamine level is at a consistent level (I think I can tell by the calmness of my mood)

I’ve wasted 50£ on this tobacco - that’s the only reason i’m tryna get a tobacco/nicotine hit

Dont sleep well at night either. I use to on strong antipsycotics. Use to knock me out. On this new meds combination, i only sleep about 4 hours or 5. It sucks. Want to talk to my mom about sleeping pills, but i dont dig them. I dont know what to do.
