my dad gets a nosebleed sometimes.
I used to get it too but it’s been quite some time now, but i pick my nose sometimes and i always thought it was because of that.
I don’t know, mornings I blow my nose a lot, like stuffed up,
maybe that’s what happened, I blew it too hard.

Are you on blood thinners? Any supplements with blood thinning properties (curcumin)? You can go to an ER and they can cauterize it if the bleeding persists (unpleasant, but sometimes necessary).

I take Tumeric supplement, but I don’t overdo it, just one a day with a meal.
That’s likely the problem. Tumeric contains curcumin, which is a blood thinner. I made the mistake of taking that while already on blood thinners and wound up needing a transfusion after the combo turned my blood to soup while I was out for a walk. One of the few times I’ve been sworn at by a doctor.

To stop a nose bleed put pressure on the place. For 10 or 20 minutes.

it’s kinda complicated, but not so much to me.
I felt like I was entertaining a lot of people, after 30 plus years of writing, I’d love to cash in now. ha.
so no, not doing it anymore. I really did progress though, into all different genres. it’s all for my kids, and grandkids anyway.
me. too. I"m trying to compile my life’s work of poems for my family. At some point they’ll all get thrown away.

I get nose bleeds when I take more than 2 pills of fish oil. I think its a blood thinner.
