What software did you use to create that?
A few software’s . Scotty in anime studio pro 11, the stars in Adobe flash, and i layered em all in Adobe premiere elements. Apple logic for the audio too
Wow! Too complicated for me 
once i had the character ready it only took about a half hour to do the dance and mouth shapes
