Nervous. No delivery today

My anxiety is through the roof today. My chest and stomach feel tight. My heart feels like its gonna burst out of my chest. And im nervous. So i canceled my shift for delivery today. Sad i wont be making money but its for my health. Id probably getvparanoid

You seem to be suffering from high anxiety all the time.
Are you sure you can handle being a delivery driver?

Its relatively low stress honestly. My anxiety has been decent lately. Today is exceptional. I woke up feeling nervous. If i just force myself to do something sometimes the anxiety fades.

Last time i was nervous when i left i got paranoid. Luckily i can pick and choose what days i want to do. And there is no penalty for not going.

Its like uber. You just do it when you want. You sign up for a time beforehand and if you go you go. If you dont want to go you just erase yourself from the schedule so someone else can do it.

I just took a nap and feel a little better. Still kinda nervous though. I want to play video games but i might be to anxious to

No. Im starting to feel really nervous and am thinking bad thoughts. My head feels funny too. I think i might get paranoid tonight.

Ok. Try to focus on something like a movie, or an activity that gets you really engaged

Yeah. I might play video games or draw. Sometimes when i get really into something when i stop i get paranoid.

I like the idea of drawing. Video games might be too activating right now. Whatever helps though.

Im watching TikTok. It distracts me from the bad thoughts. Im teetering on the edge of paranoia.
