My probiotic experiment thread

I have been eating greek yoghurt for a few days, I read online that it can reduce anxiety. I don’t know if it’s coincidence but I just feel so calm today. Like my mind if focused and quiet.

Will continue the experiment and report.

Yogurt has CFUs in the billions and homebrew kraut has CFUs in the TRILLIONS. Eat yogurt for taste, but don’t use it as your main source of probiotics.

Yes. You also want to check what strains are in the product. With homebrew kraut different strains appear at different times in the fermentation process. I need to find where I put the article on that.

Get kombucha and make your own SCOBY. It is not difficult. It is fun too.

Are you going to take vitamin d with it?

Is it important to take the vitamin D at the exact same time with it? I will probably try that. Thanks for reminding me, I had forgotten about that study.

I do take vitamin D, just haven’t taken it at the same time as the yoghurt.
