Landed! She’s visiting for a week!
Unfortunately I work 4 of the 7 days she’ll be here, but I’ll still get to be with her because she’s staying at my house 3 of the days 
I haven’t seen her in a year. I’m really glad I get to see her
She’s renting a car and driving to my house. I can’t wait!

It takes 2 days to drive so yeah, flights are pretty much necessary, especially for someone who’s older like my mom
