Breathe in. Breathe out slowly. Over and over. Concentrate on the heaviness in your legs and arms. Shrink your world down 'till only you exist and everything is okay. Give yourself a little peace. Everything will pass and you will be okay again.

I dont think people are very sarcastic on this forum. it’s hard to convey and I would guess its more misinterpretation than actual sarcasm… I think the same way from time to time… so i understand what you mean… but no worries.
