My memories aren't clear

Does anyone feel like their past memories aren’t that clear. Like I can’t remember much during the years I was sick or a bit delusional It’s like my brain has erased those memories…weird.

I feel like that alot… Like ill remeber something but cant remeber what i did before it happened and theres also a gap with what happened after it

I don’t think I have a good memory, maybe mainly because there aren’t that many good ones.
