My leg still hurts

For about 3 months I have had a pain in my right thigh with no skin signs and no lower back pain. It is just a small area and it is mostly during the night. No doctor can tell me what it is.
What part of your leg hurts?

Lower near feet joint , it’s hard to walk

My knee misbehaved yesterday; today it was Okay, however.
