She had fears about me - like that I’d never grow up. Those fears hurt like someone hit me. And I end up hitting myself.

Chordy you gotta grow past your childhood and if you’re still in a situation where you gotta rely on her, you gotta compartmentalize that relationship so it doesn’t hurt you more then it has to.

I’m trying to grow past it, @Ryanana but my age (75) requires me to be slowing down and with every change, I notice the wounds that brought me down. It’s a part of being a senior to recognize this. Thank you for your support.
