Oh wow thanks for thinking of me @Andrey, i just read this now. It is interesting … Not sure it helps with weight loss? but I will read up more about it… I find wine, particulary red wine bitter, but I am willing to try it if it helps with pcos… :smiley: thank you :slight_smile:

lol can you imagine,… “mum i have to buy red wine for health reasons” aha…my grandmother used to have brandy to cure colds…

Read carefully. Not only red wine, but any food which contains resveratrol: blackberries, red grapes, even peanuts.

I have debated taking Resveratrol as a supplement, the amount in red wine is negligible. 20 mg pill is as much Resveratrol as in 40 glasses of wine and in studies they usually use grams of this stuff. Most pills are around a couple hundred milligrams.
