My doctor sent a referral to the mental health team and I got given an appointment in February for a mental health assessment.
I’m not even going to attend and just phoned them to cancel which they were o.k about.
It sucks but sometimes it’s safest to at least be able to contact in case anything goes wrong
But I understand
In the past I pushed them away too

I don’t really need em I’ve got my GP and crisis numbers if I deteriorate.
