I post vegan recipes from time to time as I know some here are vegans. I’m not. I’ve had a few, short lived attempts at eating more vegetarian food. What put me off was that most of the supermarket vegetarian products taste like crap.

I’ve not tried that recipe. I’ve just checked and the supermarket I use doesn’t sell Thai holy basil.
