Meds making sz worse? Or sz got worse?

I feel like meds made my sz worse indirectly. My first psychosis I told my mother to bring me to mental hospital bcz I didn’t feel good, I was hearing prayers. I went voluntarily and never was violent. 2nd time I got psychosis bcz I stopped meds it was much worse, I became violent and was having tons of symptoms unlike the 1st psychosis.

Could it be the meds or the sz got worse? Can the brain become used to antipsychotics so when you stop them dopamine goes even higher than first psychosis, rebound psychosis?

My negative symptoms are much worse after stopping meds and getting back on them than when I was first put on them.

I’ve heard of AP induced dopamine supersensitivity.

I hope thats not permanent.

I’m not sure if it’s permanent Aziz. I’m not even sure if it happens in every case.

Thats what I was thinking as the brain get used to AP and compensate by making more dopamine receptors, then when you stop meds you get super psychosis like never before.

I think that I became psychotic in 2016 when I came off of Risperdal too quickly.
You know, rebound psychosis, but I’m not sure.
