I do enjoy talking to people with schizophrenia and like minded folks.

But if I was higher functioning and had a life, I wouldn’t be here at all. It takes a special kind of person to enjoy these forums. I can definitely relate to people here now because of my mental illness.

When I first got sick, I was convinced I had Aspergers syndrome and related more to those folks than the schizophrenics and the forums here. Now, it’s the opposite. I really can’t stand Aspies anymore.
