Well I had my second Mammogram today also an Ultrasound of my left Breast and no signs of anything at all it was negative in other words Im so Happy and Relieved nothing serious was found so I go back in a year for a mammogram

yes, I am totally relieved that everything is benign and not cancerous or anything! That was my biggest worry now I can relax.

Sometimes I wonder if all these doctors constantly wanting more tests and scheduling them months out so that you have to anticipate them for long periods, might stress you out so much that they actually shorten your lifespan. 
instead of lengthing it.
