Hmm…Does that mean that it can treat the negative symptoms of sz? Antidepressants didn’t work for me.

I do not know about negatives effectiveness. I am thinking Caplyta would be good for schizoaffective and as an add on for depression.
I would prefer a pill I could cut rather than the current capsule you can not cut. Hopefully, they will offer more dosages in the future for those very sensitive to meds. There were more adverse events at 42mg.than at 28 mg. in one trial.
