I don’t know if I have sz or what they say (bipolar) but what I can tell you is I try my best to keep on top of my meds. I think that’s vital.

They’ve got these new rings called Groove life rings made of silicon not metal. My whole wedding set for myself and husband was $700. Not a big spend. I’m not high maintenance really. I don’t even get my nails done.

No I don’t need anything expensive even if it was set in silver and a really nice sapphire 
I’ve never done my nails too 
My mom and dad divorced when I was 6. My dad had custody. Then when I was 13 my mom died. My dad did live with a woman for many years and she was somewhat prissy but it didn’t rub off. When my mom was alive she wasn’t really high maintenance either.

I wouldn’t mind getting my nails done at least once though. I do like getting my brows done every few months. But I wouldn’t want him to spend money on those things.

I like meteorite rings. I found a fair few on etsy. just search for Gibeon Meteorite, has a beautiful pattern, and is fairly affordable.

This is my preference for the ring that I’d give but you can go to www.tiffany.co.uk and look at some other rings yourself.
Have you considered maybe getting a vintage engagement ring? That would be pretty unique and probably not overly expensive.
