i do it all the time --looking back to where i’ve been and how i’ve been and why.
sometimes i try to work on thinking about my future. i am very bad at this.
you know the applesauce – when they cut you up like an apple, cook applesauce.
i have a holiday coming up for two days. i am trying to look forward to it and make the best of it. it ain’t easy.

I struggle with a grim future, finding joy in things like I used to is very hard.

the weather was beautiful and i enjoyed watching the squirrels, rabbits etc. play in the delicious outside.
