Definitely a family with a lot of tragedy from what I’ve heard on the news.
Is a shame to die that young.
She looked glum and out of it a few days earlier at the Golden Globes.
She has a history of drug use.
Either way it’s tragic
I hate to be self centered but it makes me worry a little; Christ, she was six years younger than me.
I’ve definitely had more health issues the last couple of years. Balance/coordination/and gait have never been good at the best of times, but have definitely worsened. Lower backache occurs more quickly and more frequently. Legs are often swollen. Being more sedentary,when I was already quite sedentary, hasn’t helped. That’s not been helped by the toxic brew of lower backache/Covid and the falls I’ve had. Health wise I’m also my own worst enemy. Don’t put my feet up enough(I have a recliner chair) and don’t walk enough. I’m trying to improve the latter by walking up and down the corridor twice in one go with the stroller. Ideally I’d like to be doing it 3 times. Legs are willing, but arms ache too much.
Have started using the recliner more, but need to be raising them 30 minutes x 3 a day. Currently doing 30 minutes x1 a day.
