I limit my thinking to real time thoughts.
What I think at that exact second while having a conversation, is my capability of my thoughts.
I should not carry forward later on by recollecting them and thinking deeper because I can’t change the past.
I think the reason is the above three lines ?

Yes my father does all the time. My ex as well.
