It is a Legendary Birthday, day,
For it is Stanley Kubrick’s birthday!
Responsible for some of the most important and interesting films in history, he never won an Oscar for directing and was a total jackass by most accounts.
I would say abusive and manipulative too.
But his body of work was maybe worth it, I don’t know.

She is too funny and seems to have some sort of light in her eyes unlike some other celebrities.

I must do a correction to this thread. Not because I’m a know it all…ok, maybe I am a know it all, but thats not the point.
Elizabeth Berkley is 49 today. I looked her up to see what else she was in and noticed the error.
I didnt know what to think of Showgirls. On the one hand, it was filled with sex and nudity from what I remember, which of course appealed to the 20 something male pig I was at the time, but I dont remember thinking it was that great of a movie otherwise. But, we all have different tastes.

actually, I think I need to correct myself now. lol. I think the source that said 49 was the one that was wrong. I looked at multiple other sources and found 1972 instead of 1974. So much for “know it all”. hehe.
1972 seems to be the consensus.
