Just had my First and only Iron Infusion today they were able to find a vein with ease in my Left hand and no complications or symptoms afterwards had to sit there for like a hour altogether well 30 minutes was to see if I would have a reaction to the Iron it can be harsh they added saline along with the Iron because Iron by itself is harsh or hard on the body. Didn’t have any reaction to it all good there. Per Doctors request won’t have to go back for anymore infusions right now until he says otherwise. In Other words, if he wants me to come back for another one. It may take time to reach its full effect and I can go back to normal daily activity then like going to the gym mainly like I was doing. Today after my Infusion I went thrifting with my mom we ate lunch there while getting my Infusion I had a half a sub my mom had the other half and coke zero with Ice I drank Enough water today since I drank water in order for them to be able to find a vein on me. I Go Back for a follow up and labs August the 30th with my Hematologist Doctor to go over labs and how Im doing with my Iron then.
