I expected them to just shake their heads and immediately tell me I need dentures…HOWEVER…that is not what they did at all…I need 2 crowns and 3 fillings but I get to keep every one of my original teeth !! I was amazed at how they laughed when I said I thought they would yell at me…paranoid much? haha…I get the start of my deep cleaning in three weeks and I’m so glad I went in to get checked out. My beautiful mother is going to cover all costs. around $1600 total cost. they are very reasonable because it is the OU college of dentristy. yayyy…had a really long time talking to mom because we got off the highway due to a traffic jam and got lost !! It was all fun because mom had a full tank of gas and for a while there it was like…that looks like a highway…turn there…haha…2 hours later I got home. haha…good times…and that’s something I didn’t think I would say after a visit to the dentist !!

Great news! I will make an appointment for myself. I need to go in and get a couple of fillings.

I had a dental check a couple of months ago. The young dentist said I needed a deep cleaning of the pulp and then a crown. I was worried because a surgery to the pulp would be very painful. Also a crown would be expensive. But when I booked an appointment with a skilled dentist and saw her, she said because I hadn’t had tooth pain there was no need to clean the pulp. She just gave me some filling. Yippee!
