Thank God it’s over. But it taught me a lesson. I have been avoiding myself with the distractions of plenty.

How have you been doing with your oxygen with no power?
We have generator but it broke down and the provider’s husband had to go to Walmart in the middle if the night and get a new one. Funny thing is that I was so stressed I was breathing a lot so the oxygen level was actually higher than usual when I was hooked up. But I am no fun during a power outage. I get very needy and test everyone. I hope to take that next outage with more insight. This likely to be a severe winter, there will probably be more outages.

I’m on oxygen, now. The big concentrator beeps super loud if it goes off. I have a full large tank and 6 carry size tanks. That’s about 30 hours worth, including what I’ve started using.
The after hours line is phenomenal. Their customer service is great. Even the prices are okay.

Thanks. I don’t need an oxygen tank myself. I was just concerned because last outage @PinCushion went without it for a few days.

I only have two carry size tanks. Apparently they’d have to build a shed for a bigger tank or something. The tendency for this house to be in chaos is enough to make me nuts. I didn’t even know our air company had an after hours line.

oh @PinCushion I am so sorry you went without power !! I went almost five days without power this last summer and it was horrible…
