When I make quiche I caramelize an onion for an hour. Quiche is easy to make but you want to make sure you don’t burn the onion.

I used to part make a quiche when my wife was alive and well. I say ‘part’ because I’d make the filling,and she’d do the pastry side of things… It’s been nearly 20 years since I last ‘part’ made a quiche.
