I don’t know why but I got a craving for mexican food so I’m making a feast tonight. I got enchilada casserole in the oven, spanish rice in the cooker, refried beans on the stove and I’m serving it with corn, tortilla chips, sour cream and salsa. Yummy. Who’s coming over?

I had Taco Bell for lunch today. I don’t think that really qualifies as Mexican food.
