Just as soon as I start thinking about moving there because I don’t like the cold. I wonder if this is a bad omen?
I feel badly for Texans when it gets cold because their homes aren’t built for cold. Canadian homes are extremely well insulated so heat loss is minimal. What isn’t that cold for us is life-threatening for Texans.
Thanks @shutterbug. It’s like it’s too cold for me in Arkansas, so I’ve been thinking about moving to San Antonio which is supposed to be a hot environment.
You sure about that? Texas isn’t the most LGBTQ+ tolerant place.
@anon54988740 @shutterbug Florida stays warm all year round when it was -11°f in Arkansas it was 32°f there I wish I could live in Florida… It’s an amazing place that I miss
@shutterbug @anon54988740 better to know Spanish if you’re going to live there though
The cold weather in America is being reported on our news here in England.
Well San Antonio is ranked 67 best place in the US for LGBTQ to live while Little Rock is 162., so it’s supposed to be better than here.
Dallas is 34 and Austin is 44.
What about Austin? Hawai’i?
Texas, stuff happens there, it`s also memorable. What a good place…
You’re right Austin is better for gay people. I really don’t want to go to Hawaii because it’s expensive. San Antonio seems good to me because housing costs are similar to here.
@anon54988740 you aren’t moving until your imaginary friend is moving there , right? you’re not moving to texas by yourself??
Austin is really expensive I use to live there
No I’m not going there by myself, though it’s tempting.
The cold didn’t last long at all.
Yeah it got down to 12 degrees in the morning a few days ago. It gets down to twenty at night. I feel bad about the folks up north that passed on. Jesus. Be easy mother nature.
I’ve lived in Texas all my life. So the weather is strange. But don’t let that stop you from visiting.
