I would say that you have some thought disorders and also cognitive symptoms if you have problems with your memory.

my head has been feeling like scrambled eggs. Feels frantic racy etc. Also it’s like a sentence starts then midway disappears and a new sentence begins and follows suit. Also I think of something and it disappears from my head fast.

I’m noticing some changes in my train of thoughts: from an ordered, controllable, topic/goal oriented train to a mix of short thoughts unrelated to one another that come and go as they please.
