I can’t see your profile, this happened to me too I had to ask other users if they were able to see it.

@shutterbug Yeah true. I found my forever med (or at least until it stop working) so i’m pretty happy about that.

I tend to focus on the negatives more though, like can’t work, etc.

I try to reframe things in a positive manner…

“I’m not able to do this” becomes “I can’t do this right now.”

“I can’t do this right now” means to me, “I’m going to try this other thing now as a step towards doing more later.”

This is an incredibly powerful habit that will boost your mood and your energy over time. Can’t recommend it enough.

It involves bribes. Better have some cat pics ready.

I think that’s a really great idea. I try to reframe things in a positive way these days too.

Instead of focusing what I can’t do I try to say “what CAN i do?”

It’s a really powerful habit and can make you a positive person quite quickly I think

I don’t know about the exact stats but there seems to be a lot less posters currently posting on the forum.

It’s the same small group of regulars.
