Is there a Relationship Between Caffeine Intake and Smoking and Positive and Negative Symptom Severity in Schizophrenia?

My caffeine and nicotine intake at levels I am on is mainly due to the tiredness I get from my meds

Convinced that without these things to boost, I’d not be in a fit state to work

Their both associated with dopamine
“Which is” schizophrenia
So maybe it creates this mixture or something in the brain like bubbling of sorts
