You use auxillliary i.e. I/you/we/they have diarrheaā or he has diarrhea.
We donāt say āI am diarrhearingā though we should
It is a noun not a verb.

Well, it sounds awfully close to āDie, Rheaā which is a imprecation, and contains a verb and a proper noun.
How do you spell it though?

Well Iām not sure. When you say someone has diarrhea of the mouth that can be an action as well as a noun.
