Inversion table and its effect on the brain

I have an inversion table, but I don’t use it, I only used 10 times. maybe I should bring it indoor so I can use daily, sometimes I get depression for an hour or two, maybe it ban be helpful in that.

Is that what you use to hang upside down? I’d like to do that but my legs are partially shot from diabetes. Maybe you would use it indoors, if it makes you feel better.
