I rather use logic and rational than trust intuition which is based on emotional mostly fear or confidence.
Reason is the big divide between the rationalism and the irrationalism of intuition, but I doubt reason can take place without intuition, after all thoughts arise out of the mind due to latent processes and just because someone thinks they are reasoning isn’t enough proof of causation for the origin of any given thought.
