Minerva will have a poster too, I checked the schedule on Nature website. They will present data from the 2nd phase of MIN-101, but we are already in on the results, there has been news around here for some time, so nothing new in this regard.
On a side note, @far_cry0, did you send a letter to Melinda@Bill Gates foundation??

I kinda hope this drug dosnt make it, its poor science if it does and will open up awhole lot of problems in the future if they let it slip

Question is, does it have efficacy for psychosis? This is what I would like to know.

It would be wise maybe to kind of sit back for a few months and see if others benefit?

But honestly I would also be on it the first day!

the way i see it, we’ve got a few options in the near future. ITI, MIN, Primavanserin, and 1 other. then in 5 more years there will be something else

i feel like a puppet on a string, salivating while I wait for a better medication.
Anything novel, that doesnt hit all the dopamine receptors and cause stiffness and cognitive stuff will be a welcomed step up

Efficacy definitely matters for me because I tend to need high doses of antipsychotics to manage. The worst feeling for me is to be halfway psychotic, or fully psychotic at the point during the day when the medication is depleted in my system . On Zyprexa I spent more time psychotic than I was sane during the day.

this drug can’t come out soon enough, even if it doesnt work, sincerely. Just to satisfy the requirement of being on an antipsychotic and shutting my doctor up will be good enough

Maybe I can replace rexulti with this med. I hope they come out with an xr version, I’m tired of getting intrusive thoughts halfway through the day.
