I have met a few people from India whom I like.

My understanding is that they are already a nuclear power.

Lol, they have some of the top engineering and techinical schools in the world. They turn out some of the best engineers in the world but unfortunately for India, the gradautes tend to move to other countries where there’s more opportunities.

Worlds biggest democracy on population. Destined for great things so I think it’s just a matter of time. You’ll probably see Asia pull ahead of the west when we all go pear shaped from unquestioned greed or the zombies that will finally get us.

@LuisL85 welcome to the forum!

India needs a lot of work before they can become a superpower. Literacy rates have to increase bigtime for one.

But it’ll happen. Smartphone usage is becoming ubiquitous, so eventually someone is going to make an accredited form of smartphone-based schooling to bring the rural people up to speed. Just a dream though.

Maybe when human-strength AI becomes as cheap as a wristwatch, every smartphone will basically be as intelligent as a schoolteacher.

We’re depending on your 1 billion people mobilized into an army if China acts up. Please don’t ally with them.

Thnx. I’m not mocking them, its jus sad 2 c every1 making fun of the country.

India has a large population, yes. Though they do not have a blue water navy or the GDP numbers that are similar to China. China is a threat to America as the Chinese are poised to be the number one superpower in the world.

Great, hopefully they kick your ass. I am a superpower myself. Tough call.
