Do you think patients are a lot more clued up about future meds ie have an idea of the pre-trial goals of the med.
I mean a lot of is here are familiar with prospective meds aiming to help negative symptoms. I reckon a lot of is here would have big placebo responses.
In terms of negative/cognitive symptoms of sz a lot more patients are aware of these now. I think in the past a lot of folk never knew there were names for some of the things they were feeling

That’s a good point. I don’t know. But the mind is a pretty powerful thing for sure.
