You don’t say “persons with cancer”. You say patients. At least call us patients. It’s an illness.

I was a bit obsesssed with all things related to mental health so decided to listen to YouTube videos about Sz, depression and anxiety for four or five years for an hour or two per day. I guessed that I’d eventually just get bored stupid with the whole field of mental health and the obsession would stop. It worked. I based it on the well established research into prolonged exposure therapy for PTSD.
