I haven’t been on the forum much this week. There was apartment HUD inspections, and I was at the University trying to get admitted. My pdoc talked to me and told me I have been assigned a new case manager. So today I met with him. I’m now admitted to college and ready to go this Fall. The only thing missing is having the Arkansas Department of Health give them my immunization records. I’ve got two weeks from today to get that done.
So that’s what I’ve been doing. It was a long week, and I’m tired. So how’s everybody doing?
I am always here as usual lol If I am not here its bcz I am sick. My negative symptoms never improve I still stay in bed most of my time but I try to not complain as it doesnt help. Sometimes I play videogames for 30-40min/day on my pc so thats good. Good luck with college.
Yeah, I don’t know if I’m going to be able to handle it. I decided to try, and if I fail, I fail. At least I won’t be wondering the rest of my life about it. I forgot to mention that I set up Wifi in my apartment and got a laptop for school. I’m doing much better now that I’m on Abilify.
Well I’m set up for a Bachelor’s of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies. Basically I would complete three Minors. Currently I’m doing Spanish, Political Science, and Philosophy with some Religion. I am only going to take one course this Fall, World Religions which is a Sophomore class. I was thinking of maybe switching to Philosophy Major with a Minor in World Religions.
I’m not expecting to do anything with it. The University let’s you go for free if you’re a senior citizen (60+). I only have five years to go before I will draw Retirement Social Security. I was only thinking of going to school half-time right now to start. I’ll be retired by the time I finish my degree.
