Oh yes I am. How many more years will go by? No one knows. May as well try to enjoy it while I can (yeah right…ahem)

I feel ancient but my heart doesn’t stop so I guess I’m here for awhile yet.

I am enjoying my forties…well while they last. I’m 50 on the 16th which is a huge milestone. Still. I enjoy my life now and I’m trying to keep fit and healthy with a body that is fighting hard. It’s all fun and games till you pull a hamstring or something.
You’ve done well to get this far. Enjoy yourself and focus on the positive things. Your a good mum. You’ve raised some good humans…give yourself some slack and do one positive thing a day…You can do this.
