I am over a decade into my journey on this. It wasn’t till a couple years ago I knew I needed the help for myself, without other people telling me.
I just wanted to touch on, that i get the sense from this forum that a lot of healing and processing has taken place for people, and it’s really nice to see.
It may be far from perfect, this is hard diagnosis, but that’s what I wanted to say.
