Been struggling to feel tired a lot past few weeks just not even tired

I have the opposite problem, I am always tired and sleep a lot. Today I napped 3x during the day.
i’m so exhausted i’m nearly in my grave.
but i cant fall asleep.

Idk maybe try a benzo to help sleep?
I can’t keep relying on them

Did you try Melatonin and taking your AP at night?
Im on injection depot
I only have benzos but can’t keep taking them too addictive

Maybe ask your Dr about Melatonin. You don’t need a prescription for it but idk if you can take it with benzos.
