Not recently but in the past.
I once dreamed I visited a friend in China and couldn’t figure out whether or not it was true.
I nor my friend have ever been to China.
It is very common in sz.
Yes I had it occur a few times. Usually when I’m between the sleep and wake stages of sleep drifting back and fourth. I usually don’t find out they were dreams until later on in the day when I’m doing something.
It happened to me recently. I got mixed up with the dream and reality. I was not sure if i should respond to it because I was confused that the event was a reality or dream. Weird but true.
Yes, I get confused. That’s why I always behave cautiously, just in case I’m awake. So most of my dreams are mundane, it’s really funny. People tell me about their terrifying dreams and I think I would just die if I had those dreams. I think watching a lot of scary movies and tv effect your dreams too. And I don’t watch any of that non-sense. I just can’t handle that kind of stress.
Thanks for the replies,
Yes, Its all very confusing hope i find clarity
Yeah that’s been a theme throughout my life. I get very vivid dreams and often get them confused with reality, or think I am living a split life and that is my nonphysical life and the one here is my physical life.
I believe dreams are visions of alternate universes and, thus, alternate realities, yet, at the same time, expressions of the self and the mind in an infinitely regressing system of interconnected and endless loops we call space and time. It makes sense that they should be, paradoxically, indiscernible from ‘reality’ (eventually).
Personally, I love it, but I can understand how disconcerting it can be, at the same time.
Hang on tight and let go.
I don’t really dream much anymore. I can’t remember my dreams. My dreams don’t affect me. But I get visions or flashes of memories from my subconscious.
