Holy crap. Medication meltdown. I was in Walmart. Feeling it. Pretty serious. I’m tolerating it now. I don’t know how in gonna make it another months before they take away the invega. This is crazy

I had this but just with going from a high dose to low dose. The Weaning off wait.
I just tried to keep busy and count down the days in my calendar there’s not much else you can do but this is defo something useful as it helps to speed up time
I might be talking the obvious but still, it’s good to bring it up.

Hey…hang in there. Maybe give is a clearer description of why the abilify is bothering you.

Abilify did nothing for me.
I was taking 90mg

The maximum dose of abilify is 30 mg xD

It can be intense at first on any medication. It made my mom worse. It helped me a lot; people are all on a spectrum of mood, emotion, etc. thats what my breakthrough is. It really has healed me over time, allowed me to process information even enhanced my intuitive EQ and awareness.
I hope it helps for me, Abiilfy on its own only helped with anxiety and paranoia and but doing the CBT and EMDR helped me to cope with other issues that surface.
